11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in United Kingdom to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Track.
