My Mission
My mission is to empower Muslim empaths towards the path of healing – from childhood wounds, trauma and codependency – so they can break free from what is holding them back from living as their authentic, happiest and healthiest self.
I have learnt that the key to the peace, love, and happiness you are seeking is within you. It is truly embedded within the relationship you have with yourself. Fix the relationship you have with yourself and you will find that the world you are currently living in will positively transform.

My Transformation
I thought I knew who I was, but I really didn't.
I invested in my healing journey and rebuilt my sense of self. It all started with a choice. To choose myself. I did the inner-work to change my mind and patterns to become the woman I am today.
Grounded in self-love, valuing my worth, creating my own happiness, and at peace with myself and my life.
I changed my life by changing myself.

My Journey

Big Challenge First
For years I was unknowingly stuck in patterns of codependency. That looked like people-pleasing, seeking validation from others, not seeing my true worth, undermining my talents, having poor boundaries, over-giving in relationships, and having a victim mindset. I struggled with depression but I was very good at hiding it. I struggled to find safe spaces where I could share how I truly felt.
Establishing my Goals
Years of people-pleasing and a hidden dynamic resulted in me not being able to recognise myself anymore. Until one day, I came to a point where I decided to make a life-changing decision. To break-free. To reclaim my happiness and no longer be a victim. That is when my whole world, internally and externally, shifted. That is when I became enlightened to my reality.
Transformation
I came to learn about the dynamic I was in and why I was a victim to it.
From narcissism, emotional abuse, and codependency, to childhood wounds, trauma, and healing.
I learnt so much. And it made so much sense.
I went from suffering with complex PTSD, extreme anxiety, and depression, to rebuilding my life, healing from codependency, finding my purpose through coaching, launching my podcast and getting certified.
This is the what I did to transform my life! (Read My Story On Instagram)
And so, this is what I want for every Muslim woman.
To have a secure, happy and healthy sense of self.
